Order Processing

Orders will only be processed once a confirmed order and full payment have been received.

Once payment has cleared and reflects in our bank account, your order will be prepared and dispatched. Please note that proof of payment alone is not sufficient for dispatch, as funds must reflect due to past instances of fraudulent proof of payment.

Shipping Policy

Funky Vapers offers a flat rate delivery fee of R120 nationwide across South Africa.

Outlying areas and non-city centres may incur additional charges or extended delivery times. Any additional costs will be communicated and must be settled before dispatch.

Free shipping applies to orders over R1000.

Delivery typically takes up to five business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, unforeseen delays may occur. Should this happen, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp with an updated delivery timeframe.
