At Funky Vapers, we aim to provide quality products and reliable service. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our warranty and returns guidelines below.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on faulty or damaged products. If you receive an item that is not working as expected, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all components received. Original packaging is required and not optional.

We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue before approving a return or replacement.

Please note that we do not accept returns on used products unless they are faulty. Disposable vapes are not eligible for return. Opened coils, vape liquids and nic salts cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Vape pods and vape mods are covered under a separate warranty policy and will be assessed accordingly.

Warranty

Vape pods and vape mods are covered by a 3-month warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing faults only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear.

If a fault develops within the warranty period, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. We may request photos or additional information to assess the claim before approving a repair, replacement or credit.

Please note that consumable items such as coils and pods are not covered under warranty. Disposable vapes are also not covered once used.

Any damage caused by incorrect charging, liquid leaks, or general misuse will not be eligible for warranty claims.

Vape Liquid & Nic Salt Returns Policy

Vape liquids and nic salts purchased online or in-store cannot be returned. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened vape liquids and nic salts are not eligible for return.

Coil Returns Policy

Incorrect coils purchased cannot be returned once opened. If the packaging is still sealed, coils may be returned at the buyer’s expense. Funky Vapers will not be liable for any courier or return shipping costs.
