Funky Vapers cannot offer refunds or warranties on ALL consumable products due to health and hygienic reasons.

  • Nicotine Salts
  • Vape Tanks

Batteries

Batteries cannot be returned. Please note that batteries are best charged in an external charger or through the device using a USB wall charger. Batteries (internal or external) charged through a laptop or car charger are likely to have a shorter life span or, in some cases, become entirely defunct.

Electronic Vape Devices Policy

A 25% handling fee will be charged on all devices.

Warranties will be voided if any physical damage is present on the device (scratches, chips and dents), the USB port is broken or damaged, and the button is pushed in or damaged due to poor use by the consumer. All parts need to be accounted for the warranty to be fulfilled.

Our return policy is valid for 60 days. Unfortunately, if you have been through 60 days after purchase, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange service. Please contact us for refunds or any concerned inquiry, and we will respond to you within two business days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly. 

Checklist

Before you submit a warranty claim, please make sure that you have the following:

  1. Copy of Receipt or Proof of Purchase.
  2. Picture of the Serial Number and Authenticity Code.
  3. Videos or Pictures to Show Product Issues Clearly Explained.
