Let me introduce myself – I’m Yvonne, and welcome to our site. I’ve always been a thoughtful person, always considering the deeper meaning and implications behind the choices we make in life.

It’s been a long and winding journey that’s led me here. In my early twenties, I made the unfortunate decision to start smoking, thinking it would be a good idea. Little did I know the toll it would take over the next 20 years, as I found myself smoking 40 cigarettes a day.

It all came to a head one winter day when I found myself in a hospital parking lot, wheeling an IV drip and desperately searching for a place to have a cigarette, even in the cold. In that moment, I stopped and really looked at the situation I had found myself in – in the hospital with double pneumonia, all because of my smoking habit. It was a wake-up call, a moment of clarity that my life choices had taken a deeply unhealthy turn.

In 2017, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, which made the decision to quit smoking non-negotiable. That’s when I was introduced to the world of vaping, which has changed my life for the better.

This website is a reflection of my journey – the ups and downs, the challenges and the triumphs. My hope is that by sharing my story, I can inspire others who may be struggling with their own health and lifestyle choices. There is always a path forward, even when things seem darkest.
